We held our Spring Social on Friday!
At Watson Buckle we believe in creating a stronger and more connected team through shared experiences.
Our team headed down to Ripon Races for a sunny afternoon of watching the horses and coming together as a team – strengthening our bonds and having fun.

Each month, we do a monthly draw for charity!
We each pay £5 into a pot and two names are drawn.
The winners will each receive a cash prize, whilst the remainder goes to charity!
So far this has raised £52.50.

We took part in a sweepstake for the Grand National!
Between the team, we were able to raise a total of £50 for charity.

We had a fantastic staff social!
A few weeks ago 21 members of our team went down to @Flight Club in Leeds to catch up, relax, and play a few games of darts.

Last Friday, we held our Christmas Party!
Everyone had a wonderful time mingling and taking part in our Christmas quiz.

We had a fantastic time at our belated summer staff social on Friday night at the Midnight Bell.
Ella Oldroyd and Aiden Smith organised a fabulous quiz – congratulations to the winning team!
The staff socials help build a better culture and are the perfect opportunity for the new team members to get to know different staff members.

We are so proud of the Lionesses’ Women’s World Cup achievement!
To celebrate, we did a sweepstake to raise money for our charity of the year, Candlelighters, which resulted in a £30 donation.
Mike Harrison was the lucky winner and kindly donated his prize money to the charity.

We had an amazing time taking part in Total Warrior UK last weekend!
Nine of us took part in this very messy challenge to raise as much money as possible for our charity of the year, Candlelighters.
We raised £3300 and had a brilliant day taking part.
Thank you to everyone who donated and a massive well done to the team members who participated in the challenge!

We did a collection for Bingley Food Bank in aid of World Hunger Day 2023.

The whole team was invited to an evening at Ripon races.  Staff thoroughly enjoyed the event which provided an opportunity to relax, socialise, and have some fun with colleagues.

8 of us attended the LCASS Annual Dinner at the Queens Hotel in Leeds, we introduced some of our new team members to the student events run by LCASS who is the official body that represents ACA students across Leeds. These events are a great way to meet likeminded individuals and build connections (whilst having a ball!)
